BANDS – Live entertainment is REAL entertainment. Whenever you can hire a band or wedding singer take advantage of it. Trust us when we tell you there’s nothing better than seeing it live. We promise it will make an ever lasting amazing memory for all your guest versus using a DJ. Don’t get me wrong we are DJ’s as well but there’s a limit to the magic a DJ can create at an event but live entertainment is open to unlimited magic! So what type of live entertainment is right for you? Hire an instrumental or a solo, duet or trio act for the lobby or pre-session and hire a FULL BAND for your event. You can hire multiple bands or acts depending on the length of the event.

WEDDING SINGER – Many of you have seen the movie and yes that’s a Hollywood version of what a wedding singer actually is. The character Robbie Hart played by Adam Sandler in the movie “The Wedding Singer” was more like a house band. Nothing wrong with a house band we have seen many that were fabulous. The difference is a “Wedding Singer” is typically multi-talented in that they know the words and more importantly know how to sing many different genras of music because brides and party goers typically have many specific request. Most house bands play a standard format of music with a typical set list of 30-50 songs. Professional wedding singers are resilient enough to know 1000’s songs and be able to learn new music or specific request quickly. Many wedding singers travel and are flexible enough to do a solo act or play with any group of musicians and house bands. Our suggestion? Hire both. Many pro wedding singers are also in a band!
